  The next 3C’S Las Vegas event will be held November 15–16, 2025, at the Ahern Hotel, just off the Las Vegas Strip.

• What are the event hours?

  Saturday, November 15, 2025: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

  Sunday, November 16, 2025: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

• Is the event 21+?

  3C’S Las Vegas is a family-friendly event designed for guests of all ages to enjoy. While certain areas such as cigar lounges and select tastings are reserved for guests 21 and over, the overall experience with the exhibitors, shopping, and entertainment is open to everyone.

• Is there a cost for children?

  Admission is free for children 12 and under.

• Is parking available?

  Yes. Complimentary parkingis available for all attendees at the Ahern Hotel.

• How large are the booth spaces?

  Each exhibitor space is thoughtfully designed to reflect the luxury of the 3C’S experience. Booths start at 10’ x 10’, with expanded and fully customizable options available to suit the unique scale, design, and branding of every participating company.

• Is there a preferred hotel rate for exhibitors?
